How your home “shows” will determine whether viewings are converted into offers. To help you prepare your home for the market, we hire (at our cost) a professional staging consultant to visit your home and make specific recommendations on how to make it more desirable to potential buyers. In many cases, these suggestions cost very little but can really improve how well it shows.

It’s not enough in today’s market to put a sign in the yard, put the property in MLS, and pray that it sells. We have a written 8-Week Marketing Plan that shows you week-by-week what we are doing to market your home. Furthermore, our REDM certification (Real Estate Digital Marketer) means that we have advanced training on marketing both neighborhood homes and unique properties.
